On the occasion of the XII edition of the Ruta de la Tapa, the "Cadiz, the sea of good" OndaLuz TV channel carried reports of the restaurants participating in the competition. Tour the best flavors and cooking, revealing to numerous and splendid dishes.
They also made a stop at The Street of Free Will to visit and toured our letter talking with our Head Chef, Dionisio Sauron and the restaurant manager Maria Jose Asencio.
